Les tickets, d\u00e9pos\u00e9s sur Mantis par les structures BGE ou par les service support Jungo, sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement analys\u00e9s avec le prestataire afin d’identifier l’intervention technique \u00e0 mener et le temps de production. Ils sont planifi\u00e9s dans les diff\u00e9rents \u00ab\u00a0sprints\u00a0\u00bb, en fonction de l’impact pour les utilisateurs Jungo et de l’urgence. Les sprints correspondent \u00e0 un cycle de production du prestataire de 3 semaines.<\/h4>\n

1- Chaque semaine pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent le d\u00e9but d’un nouveau cycle, l’ensemble des tickets \u00e0 traiter dans ce sprint est arr\u00eat\u00e9 et soumis \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation du temps de production par le prestataire.
\n2- Le carnet de commande est donc valid\u00e9 lors d’une r\u00e9union de \u00ab\u00a0lancement du sprint\u00a0\u00bb, le 1 er lundi du cycle, au regard du temps de production disponible.
\n3- Durant les 3 semaines, le prestataire r\u00e9alise les corrections et d\u00e9veloppement command\u00e9s, avec un suivi r\u00e9gulier de l’avancement par BGE r\u00e9seau, 2 fois par semaine.<\/h4>\n

4- Ensuite, toutes les MODIFICATIONS r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur la base Jungo<\/strong> (corrections des bugs, optimisation des fonctionnalit\u00e9s, nouvelles fonctions) SONT LIVRES en production, le LUNDI SOIR de 17h \u00e0 18h30 environ, \u00e0 la fin de ces 3 semaines.<\/h4>\n

Certains tickets peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s au fil de l’eau, et LIVRES EN URGENCE, au cours du cycle en cours. Cela concerne principalement les tickets supports ne n\u00e9cessitant pas d’intervention technique, les probl\u00e8mes de connexion \u00e0 Jungo, les situations bloquant la cr\u00e9ation d’actions ou d’entrepreneurs, les probl\u00e8mes de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de livrables ou de requ\u00eate, les urgences financeurs, ou encore les bugs Symfony .<\/h4>\n
